Recognized as the largest show in the country to combine both antiques and gardens, the show offers over 150 antique and horticultural booths and landscaped gardens.
The Antiques and Garden Show of Nashville brings together nationally and internationally-renowned experts and exhibitors in the fields of antiques, decorative arts and landscape design. Additionally, special lectures are held by experts in their fields of antiques and gardens.
ANTIQUE BOOTHS
These booths will feature premier international and domestic dealers exhibiting stunning examples of porcelain, silver, jewelry, oriental rugs, paintings, and finely crafted furniture and lighting.
EXHIBITION GARDENS
Several gardens will be designed and implemented by Nashville's leading landscape professionals to showcase the theme of the 2012 show.
HORITCULTURAL BOOTHS
The horticulture booths feature architectural elements for the house and garden, exquisite garden-related furnishings, orchids, unusual plant material and whimsical accessories for the home.
Lectures from the world's most renowned speakers in the areas of antiques, gardens and design, Ask-an-Expert segments and a workshop will round out the show.

Guests will have fun, learn, and be wowed by real-time floral competitions, the world’s largest lettuce wall, internationally renowned speakers, and a new layout of displays.
Guests will enter the Show beneath dynamic projections of crashing waves and one of the most exciting displays of white orchids ever assembled. Towering palms, bamboo, green walls, and a plant canopy will immerse visitors in the Hawaiian rainforest.
A 25-foot-high waterfall will splash down into Pele’s Garden, an island of exotic flowers and plants where performers will conjure volcanic flames and the Fire Goddess. The islands will be celebrated in showcase gardens that highlight their culture through flowers and landscapes, performances and art.
Gardeners of all skill levels will find an ocean of ideas in the 150 free presentations held throughout the week, as well as dozens of educational displays that explore the latest gardening techniques and trends.
Shoppers will find an array of take-home products to get the garden started and wonderful gifts in the Marketplace, Meadowbrook Farm Store and Flower Show Shoppe. A Hawaiian Village will offer authentic crafts and products from the islands.
Foodies will love the Free Wine Tastings, presented by the PA Wine & Spirits Store.

Lovers of fine crafts and art will find more than 250 top artisans displaying and selling their unique creations in pottery, sculpture, glass, jewelry, fashion, home décor, furniture and home accessories, items for the garden, and photography. In addition to top national artists, the Festival will also introduce new and emerging artists showcasing the latest trends in handmade fashion and accessories, statement jewelry and fine art.
The Sugarloaf Crafts Festival in Gaithersburg also features interactive demonstrations with master craftspeople. Many of the talented artists at the show will introduce visitors to how they create their art; demonstrations include wheel thrown pottery, wood turning and metal spinning.
The show features live music by Stan and LeeAnne. Enjoy smooth jazz keyboard performances by Ngu Mbundi and flute performances by David Young. Middle Earth provides enchanting children’s entertainment complete with marionettes and a dragon!

| http://www.chicagobotanic.org/ | | The Chicago Botanic Garden Antiques & Garden Fair continues to offer the best in classical and contemporary garden furnishings, botanical art, and home and garden design from more than 100 exhibitors from the United States and Europe.
The Fair will be held in the beautiful Regenstein Center. There will be tents over the Esplanade and the Rose Garden as well as vendors in Burnstein Hall, Runnells and Searle Courtyards, Nichols Hall, Joutras Gallery, and the Greenhouse Galleries. Guests will find a variety of treasures in every price range.
Guests will also get spring fever by viewing gardens designed by Craig Bergmann Landscape Design, Inc., William Heffernan Landscapes, Mariani Landscape, Schmechtig Landscape Company and Maria Smithburg with Manfredini Landscaping and Design,.
This year’s featured speaker is Peter Wirtz, renowned Belgian landscape architect and principal in Wirtz International. He will discuss contemporary gardens in his lecture, “Formal and Informal in Contemporary Gardens,” at 10:30 a.m. April 15 in the Alsdorf Auditorium.
On Saturday and Sunday, three complimentary flower-arranging demonstrations will be given in various vendor booths at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 2 p.m.
Advance one-day passes go on sale March 1 and are $10 for members and $12 for nonmembers. They will be available online or at the CBG Information Desk in the Visitor Center. Tickets purchased on the day of the Fair are $15 for all.
