We use UPS Ground as shipping carriers. All methods will have
delivery tracking to insure their safe delivery to your shipping address.
We are not shipping to countries that are not listed above

In stock items
Will be shipped within seven business
days of receipt of order unless other arrangements have been made.
Backordered items
We mostly sell items we have in
inventory. Therefore, backorders will be rare. In the event a purchase is made
from inventory that has been backordered, shipment may range from 4-12 weeks
beyond the order/transaction date.
Custom/Special Orders
Carole Shiber Designs requires
that all special and custom orders be paid in advance of shipment. No cancellations
at any time will be accepted. Shipment may range from 4-12 weeks beyond the
order/transaction date. No refunds on custom or special orders. The shipping
charges of any exchanges will be at the expense of the customer. There will
be no refunds or exchanges permitted on custom color orders.
