All returns must be either emailed or telephoned in first for approval, to receive a return authorization. Any returns by mail will not be accepted without a return authorization. The shipping charges of any returns will be at the expense of the customer.

Items must be in new condition, unused, clean, no odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) with tags on only.

Returns must be made within 14 business days of original shipment. If returning by mail, please repack, insure and mail to:

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase on this site, less shipping charges.

Custom/Special Orders

No refunds on custom or special orders. The shipping charges of any exchanges will be at the expense of the customer. There will be no refunds or exchanges permitted on custom color orders.
